Elijah said to Elisha, "if you can see me when I am taken away..."
Elijah was saying to Elisha, there is a revelation you need to connect with to usher you into the dimension you so much desire.

It was a revelation of who Elijah was meant to be to him. All along, Elisha saw Elijah as a master and in that light he (Elisha) was a servant. Elijah was saying to Elisha, "you have to change how you see me if what I carry can drop on you".

And that day came. As Elijah was taken away, Elisha caught an understanding of who he really was and screamed; "My Father, my father..." (2 Cor. 2:12)...and the mantle dropped!
It became clear what Elijah had been trying to say to Elisha: "don't see me just as a master but as your father. You have to change how you see me so that what I carry can drop on you".
We have to change how we see some men so that what they really carry can drop on us. In this day of friendship, fellowship and familiarity, many have missed what men carried. Many people met Melchizedek, but Abraham knew there was something about the man that wasn't ordinary and he brought himself low to receive what the greater carried.
There are dimensions that will only open to revelation, not just the revelation of what God has put in the scripture, but of what God has put in the lives of men. Your leader may become a channel of what you are looking for in another man if only you can see him not just as the man who stands in front of you but one who stands in front of God.
It is not enough to follow men; there are mantles you can catch by catching a revelation of who they really are in God's divine purpose.may the lord help us all.
