Not everyone close to you wants to see you succeed. There are people who operate like vipers, a venomous snake that bites you, and follows you closely to see where you will fall.
It's called prey tracking. So sometimes you just need to keep your dreams, visions, plans, aspirations to yourself until they come to fruition. Not everyone should be there when you give birth, others are there to help you, others to snatch or kill your Baby with their words, unbelief, envy, jealousy and destructive criticism.

THE REASON WHY FATHERS ARE NEGLECTED IN OLD AGE.

1. In the lifetime of most African family settings, there are 3 Dispensations of Power.

2. The 1st is the first 25 years in the life of the family  (father, mother, children) where power indisputably rest with the father.

3. The 2nd is after the kids have grown & started working when the power shifts to the mother.

4. The 3rd is when the kids move out of the family house or start their own families when the power moves to the children.

6. We'll start from the 1st Dispensation. Total dominance of the father. He is the Lion of the Tribe of his House. The boss.

7. During this dispensation, the father rules with an iron fist. He barks orders & determines what does or does not happen.

GRACE means FAVOUR Minus LABOUR.
GRACE means Promotion without QUALIFICATION.
When GRACE speaks, protocols are suspended, If you doubt me ask 'Esther' .
When GRACE speaks, Laws are broken, If you doubt me ask 'King David'.
When GRACE speaks, Educational Qualifications are Useless, If you doubt me ask 'Peter'.
When GRACE speaks, Connections are needless, If you doubt me ask 'Joseph' from prison to Prime minister.

*CONTEMPLATING THE CROSS*

There is a story of a man who was trying to start his own religion, but it wasn’t going very well so far. He decided to approach the French statesman, Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand, and ask him what he should do to gain converts. The statesman told him, “I recommend that you get yourself crucified, die, and then rise again on the third day.”

   Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection on the third day is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. It is what sets our faith as Christians apart from the faith of all others. Many view Christ’s crucifixion as a rude interruption of what was an otherwise successful ministry. But the cross was at the forefront of the mind of Jesus Christ from the very beginning. This is where He knew He was headed, and He spoke of it often.
   The Bible even tells us that before He even came to this earth, a decision was made that He would ultimately go to the cross. Scripture describes Jesus as “Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” (Revelation 13:8).

*Moses* would say, "LORD, if You don't go with us or before us, we are not going anywhere.

How to Fight the Good Fight.
We are to "fight the good fight of faith" against the enemy - but what does that look like practically? Here are six key strategies: 

1. Think aggressively. Plan and calculate, like a general preparing for battle, how to engage and defeat the enemy. 

2. Pray fervently. Hebrews 4:16 instructs us to approach God's throne confidently. Step forward with confidence and tell Him what you need.

Abide in His Love.
First John 4:16 emphasizes that we need to be conscious of the love God has for us. It's easy for us to say 'God loves me' without really understanding what we're saying. The knowledge of His love should not be some biblical fact to which we mentally assent but a living reality in our lives. "God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him."

Topic - ASHAMED

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own glory
– Luke 9:26
God knows when you are ashamed of him, when you are in a position where you respect men more than God or when your love for the world is greater than your love for God. God loves you so much and cares for you, he is prepared to bless you more than you can imagine but it pains him when you don’t want to even acknowledge him in your life.

Biblical Inspiration

Many of us are afraid or apprehensive when taking the name of Jesus in public, we all believe we live in a secular world and are very concerned about what others are going to think about us. It was no different with Peter, he was a man who lived and walked with Jesus, he saw countless miracles and Jesus himself chose him as the leader and rock of the early church. He was a leader of the apostles and one of the closest to Jesus.

Worry Is Selfishness in Disguise. 

Too often, people give in to worry without realizing how deadly it is. When you get to the root of it, worry is a sin. Worry certainly doesn't come out of faith, and Romans 14:23 (AMP) states that "whatever does not originate and proceed from faith is sin." Most of the time, worry is based on one sin in particular: selfishness.
