TODAY'S READING LEV. 16:1-19
TOPIC: THE LIVING WATERS.
TEXT: John 7:38 (KJV) "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."
Rivers of living waters are to flow out from the inside of every believer. The interesting thing here is that, not only should rivers of water flow but of living waters.
Remember that Jesus told the woman at the well that he is that water that quenches thirst permanently. Waters a gives momentary succor, but living waters gives a permanent solution. The proceeding verse of our opening text, reveal that Jesus was speaking of the spirit (Holy spirit) that should come upon the believers.
Meaning, the ministry of the Holy spirit in the life of the believer is to make the believer a dispenser of life, Recall that the believer is referred to as a life giving spirit (1 Corinthians 15:45).
The world is dying and is thirty of the living water (the saving knowledge of God's grace) and the believer is supposed to be a custodian of living water. As a believer, anywhere you go, go with the mindset of what God has made you. By the Spirit, quench the thirst of the dying world.

My Father, My Father, let your living water begin to find expressions through my life...
