Who counsels and instructs you matters a lot. There are satanic counsellors in sheep clothing in Zion going about polluting the minds of others from righteous living and kingdom services slowly. Listen, the words you hear either lift you up or bring you down, so watch who speaks to you.
Scripture warns " Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." Pro. 4:23. This is because the words you hear affects your heart positively or negatively. When right words are processed, it leads to the lifting of one's spirit but wrong words brings low; it starts by creating a wrong atmosphere in your heart which you eventually act. In our scriptural text, Rehoboam forsook the wise counsel of the old men (elders with wisdom) that had stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived and took the counsel of the young men that were brought up with him and that led the division of his kingdom. The counsel you yield to determines what ultimately happens to you. Scripture therefore admonishes " Cease my son,to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge. " Prob.19:27.
PRAYER POINT:
O Father, my God, as I pray now, I will not be a victim of evil counsel by fire.
O Father, my God, as I pray now, I will not be a victim of evil counsel by fire.
