Scriptural Reading: Roman 6:1-23
TEXT: " Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: Philippians 2:9.
Child of God, it doesn't matter what the condition is or the challenges you might be facing; if you had used the name of Jesus, then victory is sure. The name of Jesus is superior to other names.
Colossians 3:17 tells us to do all things in word or deed in the name of the lord Jesus Christ. The name opens every door, and it has be given to you to live by. You have been given the power of attorney to use the name of Jesus.
In Act 3, Peter and John met a man who could not walk. The man was above fifty years old, and had never walked from birth. Nobody told him it was possible for him to walk with his two legs. You can imagine that his limbs most certainly would have formed calluses from creeping all the time, but Peter looking him straight in the eye said " silver and gold have I none, but such as I have give I thee; in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk " Acts 3:6.And that was it! The hitherto to crippled man sprang to his feet, walking jumping, and praising God (Acts 3:7-8).
Fear may attack you and try to hold you in bondage but refuse to concede; use the name of Jesus! Declare, I refuse to fear, in in Jesus name! All of God's authority has been vested in that name, use it against every contradictions.
