Human underdevelopment makes impossible for any individual to be prepared or qualified for an opportunity. Opportunities are constant but human development is dynamic and requires constant improvement to utilize opportunities. Unemployment is a personal problem created by one's undevepment .
The gift of a man is in him creating for him a way of employment. The development of your gift and its utilization creates a job for you and for others. If for example you have the ability to counsel people, create an office for yourself and start counseling people on different areas of life. There is your employment. If you are good writer, develop yourself and start writing books on different challenges and their solution, there you have been employed. If you are good business man, you can do marketing, develop yourself well and start a business of your own. There is your employment. Unemployment is not the blame of the government, guardians, or parents but on your underdevelopment. Child of God, look for your gift, develop it and use it well.
